  • Three lipoxygenase isozymes in soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] seed are thought to be a major contributor to lipid peroxidation and generation of free radicals which may result in seed deterioration. This study was performed to determine whether seed lipoxygenase activity would be associated with seed germination ability. A total of 36 <TEX>$$F_{6:7}$$</TEX> lines from the cross of Pureunkong containing the three lipoxygenase (Lx1Lx2Lx3) and Jinpumkong 2 lacking the three isozymes (lx1lx2lx3 : triple-null) have been identified on the presence and absence of three lipoxygenase isozymes. All the families containing the Lx1 possess the Lx2, indicating the tight linkage between Lx1 and Lx2. Segregating data on the presence and absence showed a good fit to the expected segregation ratio of 1:1 (Lx1/Lx2 : lx1/lx2 and Lx3 : lx3, respectively). Each family was evaluated in a replicated test for seed germination ability in a standard condition as well as after acclerated aging. Single analysis of variance revealed that there was no significant difference in germination percentages among lipoxygenase isozyme types. However, there were significant associations of germination ability with 100-seed weight, seed coat cracking, and electrical conductivity. Results from this research indicate the seed germination ability was independent of the presence or absence of seed lipoxygenase activity. (rdf:langString) (en)
  • 푸른콩(Lx1Lx2Lx3)과 진품콩2호(lx1lx2lx3)를 각각 인공 교배하여 얻은 <TEX>$$F_{6:8}$$</TEX> 종실을 이용하여 lipoxygenase의 存在 有無에 대한 유전양상 및 종실의 발아율에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 푸른콩(Lx1Lx2Lx3)과 진품콩2호(lx1lx2lx3)를 교배하여 얻은 <TEX>$$F_8$$</TEX>의 lipoxygenase 동위효소 유형별 종실에서 L-1, L-2(存在)와 1-1, 1-2(缺如)의 분리도 기대분리비 1 : 1에 적합하게 나타났고 L-3(存在)과 1-3(缺如)의 분리비도 기대분리비 1 : 1에 적합하게 나타났다. 푸른콩(Lx1Lx2Lx3)과 진품콩2호(lx1lx2lx3)의 교잡에 의한 lipoxygenase 동위효소 유형별 <TEX>$$F_{6:8}$$</TEX> 종실의 각 발아율 범위는 넓었으며 평균간 차이는 없었다. 인위노화 처리 후 푸른콩(Lx1Lx2Lx3)과 진품콩2호(lx1lx2lx3)의 교잡에 의한 lipoxygenase 동위효소 유형별 <TEX>$$F_{6:8}$$</TEX> 종실에서 처리전보다 최저 범위만 낮았을 뿐 최고 범위는 적게 감소하였으며 평균간 차이는 없었다.
